The front side features a simple way to focus on what's going well (gratitude is so important) and where you can improve. Make a plan and divide up your efforts into the four main categories of growth.
These are printed on an #80 Bright White SUPER smooth paper so writing things down has never looked more beautiful or felt so nice. And they are printed on both sides - so turn the sheet over and you have room for brainstorming.

Perfect!
These are perfect for the mentor meetings (home school) I have with my kids. We review what they were successful at during the previous week and any goals they accomplished. And just move through the rest of the form until they have goals set for the coming week. Makes our meetings flow so much better and helps us actually accomplish something every week...
