Here are answers to some commonly asked questions...

1.  What is the difference between the Mom Yearly Planner and the Mom Academic Planner?
 
The yearly planner follows the calendar year (Jan-Dec) and the academic version follows the school year so it runs from August of this year through July of the next year. Other than the order of the months, the content is the same. 
 
 
2.  How much is shipping?
 
Starting now we are offering FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $50
 
In the past shipping was up to $9.00 per planner. We have adjusted the increased the total cost of the planner and included the shipping cost to provide more transparency on the total cost delivered.
 
If you are ordering from out of the country, the cost is anywhere from $15.00 - $59.00 (I know...OUTRAGEOUS).
 
 
 3.  Shipping
 
When pre-ordering please be patient as orders will not ship for a few months from the time you place your order.
 
During our peak seasons planner orders will be delayed.  Shipping is currently taking longer than usual, it may take a few weeks to receive the order.  We are working to get orders shipped out in the order they were received and are currently backlogged so please be patient.  

Due to popular demand occasionally some items may be on back order. 
 
Please note:  We are not Amazon, we are a small, family run business and we cannot compete with their ridiculously fast 
order fulfillment.  :) 
 
At this time we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses. 
 
 
 
4.  How can I return my planner?
 
If you don't like your planner or are unsatisfied with it, you can return the planner -  as long as you have not written in it - for a full refund, minus shipping.

If the planner is damaged in any way when you receive it, please contact me at: return@intheleafytreetops.com to return the planner for an exchange or to request a discount.

 
5.  Do you make custom planners?

Not at this time. But we are working on a new website to allow more customization

 
6.  Accessing Downloads 

 You can access your downloads by logging in here: https://intheleafytreetops.com/login.php

 And then viewing your "Order History".

 You should have also received an e-mail from us with a link to download the files your purchased. Be sure and check your junk mail just in case.
