They say laughter is the best medicine...(personally I think sleep is the best medicine, but laughter can proudly take home the silver medal in my book.)
However, when it comes to your mental health writing things down should definitely be on the podium. Getting thoughts out of your head and down on paper is like magic - and if you, and those around you can get a chuckle out of it at the same time, it's a win/win.
That's why we made this new line of 'What the Heck' notebooks - a light-hearted, not too serious approach to writing things down.

I love a good notebook, and these do not disappoint. The titles on each cover are so funny. I ordered a bunch to give as gifts at Christmas time. All my family and friends loved them.
There's always something to jot down, and the dot grid is somehow my favorite. Love it! Good quality as usual.
The 'All the things I'm going to forget to do later" notebook has been great. The notebook is high quality. When doing something where focus is needed, I record any tasks that pop into my mind that would normally sidetrack me. At the end of the focus time, I review the list and either do the items or transfer them to the appropriate spot (project ideas, daily or weekly to do list, present ideas, etc...) On top of it all, every time I see the cover, I just smile.
