Simple, cute, colorful and functional.
We are excited to announce a new, simple and slim version of the planner. The only pages included are the monthly calendars, the weekly planning pages and a few pages for journaling and notes.
Too many planners on the market are boring, bland and even ugly. This planner is full color, beautiful and oh so functional.
This planner is only 208 pages, as compared to 320 pages in the other planners so it's thinner and more compact.
The heart of the planner is the colorful and functional monthly and weekly calendar pages.
Even though we call this planner "Simple" don't think of it as 'basic'. It includes a lot of useful pages:
- Monthly calendars from January through December 2015
- Weekly planning sheets
- Year at a glance 2015 - See the entire years calendar on one page
- Plan Ahead 2016 - See all of 2016 on one page, and room to pencil things in for each month of next year

- Frienda and Family Contacts - A two-page spread with room for name, address, phone and e-mail
- Important Info page: keep track of important phone numbers and emergency information
- Online Info: A page to keep track of those hard to remember passwords or web addresses and a list of your favorite blogs
- 'A Few of my Favorite Things' journal page where you can keep track of your favorite songs, movies, book, meals and dreams of 2015.
- Note pages
- "Thank you cards" list
- Financial Management pages include a debt elimination schedule, and a place to keep track of donations and savings.
- "Prepare Every Needful Thing" - a two page spread that helps you prepare for times of emergency or natural disaster.
- "A House of Order" two-page spread includes planning for daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly tasks to keep your home clean and organized.
- Vacation planning sheet - a helpful two-page spread makes up the ultimate packing list and planning guide for your next vacation.

After looking around the internet, and all the exorbitant pricing of planners/journals - I happened upon In the Leafy Tree Tops. These are cute, yet professional looking journal - at dare a say it - a budget friendly price. I am single gal, without religion, and was super pleased that a "simple" version was available for purchase. I can see carry over from the other versions, (daily reminder for prayer), but I do not find this offensive whatsoever. I agree that a "today" bookmarker would be a great addition. Thank you for a beautiful product!

This planner is my brain!!

I love this planner, I purchased it last year, and didnt bond with it, and gifted it away, then saw sometimes videos on different uses of it...and thought next year I will order again. Which I did, and I am always writing and looking in it now. The only thing I wish (and totally understand) is that the weekends were kept together, mon-sun, but I can handle it, no worries!!

This is the second year I have bought this product and I really do love it! The layout is so fun and functional and there are lots of places to take notes and keep track of things. The only thing that I wish was available was a smaller size option so that it would fit in my purse a little easier and weigh a little less since I need to take it with me wherever I go!

This planner is the second one I have ordered, I had one last year too. I LOVE these planners. I have a laptop, iPad & iPhone but still use this planner because it's easier for me to plan my month for my family of five. And all three of my kids play hockey, one on two different teams. There is one thing I wish this planner had that it didn't, a monthly budget section at the beginning of the month. My planner last year had it and the other planners that had it were sold out :( I think all planners should have it, as well as maybe a blank meal ideas page in the back. So when planning my meals for the month I have a reminder list I can write new meals I wanna try or old ones I have forgotten. But they are amazing! Thanks!!
